In the event of computer loss

If you have lost you r computer as a result of a crime and do not have the CD ROM with 'Personal Inventory' installation procedures. We will happily supply you with a new package providing you can produce a crime number and the address which you used when the product was first purchased.

You should install 'Personal Inventory' before trying to restore the data.
