Document Expiry Prompts
In the documents section of Personal Inventory you can enter the expiry date of documents that you have entered.
In common with the rest of the application you can enter any category of article and build you own list of document types so for example you can enter details about:
Passports
Contracts
Agreements
Life insurance
Car insurance
Support agreements
etc.
Once you have entered a number of weeks for the prompt, once that date is reached a prompt screen will appear at start up informing you of any items that are within their prompt period.
You can switch the prompt off by ticking the box in the prompt screen.
If the item is an ongoing item such as car insurance when you reset the dates in the item description page the prompt will reset itself for the appropriate prompt date in the future.
