Navigating the application
Browsing
The browse pages of each topic area consist of two data areas there is a table at the top and then the main record detail at the bottom of the page.
The example page below shows the music collection page.


The arrow buttons at the top right hand corner of the page will allow you to move from record to record. It will change the record in the table and the record details in the main body.

Clicking on a record in the table will also synchronise the record in the main body of the report.




The other buttons are self explanatory.


Sorting the tables



By clicking on the bar at the top of the column in each table you can sort the records alphabetically. The order will toggle with each click between ascending and descending order.

Searching the data



You can search the data in the tables by clicking on the magnifying glass at the top of the column you want to search by.
If you sort by the same column first then all of the entries for your search will appear together.
